Hi Phil - Thank you for sharing about your lovely wife, Chiko. It's evident what a kind and special person she was. I've heard that orchids are challenging to grow so she must have had a very gentle and talented touch. Your story about meeting her was very touching. I'm so sorry that you're experiencing such grief and hope you can find some comfort here.
Thank you for sharing. Again, I'm so very sorry. I cannot fathom what that must feel like to be with your soulmate so long and now be without them. I'm here if you ever want to share about your wife - what did she like to do? What were your favorite things about her? No worries if you don't want to - but I've found that the best we can do in this situation is help keep our loved ones memories alive. This is a great group so share and make sure they are never forgotten. Take care - Rosie

By the time we reconnected he was already at his first duty station.. 8 hours away.We decided we wanted to continue our relationship and proceeded to cultivate a deeply emotional connection. Regular calls and video chats, visits while he was home on…See More
