About Me:
just looking for support from peaple who are in similar situation as my self to help cope with my loo
About my Loss:
i lost my dad in 1989 to cancer and my only sister in 2001 and just recenly lost my mom it seem like im reliving the pain of all three

I am sorry for all your losses .  I just lost my mom 2 weeks ago.  I would highly recommend therapy , I have been going for sometime.  I was taking care of my mom when she was dx with cancer.  It helps... Also I am on medication.  I am in the Begining stages and I feel so lost without her in my life .  I am trying to take baby steps, doing some reading on grieving and trying to walk to relieve some of this stress.  Let me know if I can help you at all.  I also l

So very sorry for all of your losses. I lost my mother in April 2011..It's been really hard..I f you ever need someone to talk to..I can relate to the loss of your mom..I also lost my grandfather in 09 suddenly..Also my aunt passed 5 days before my mother..But my mother is the hardest to let go we were very close I miss her everyday. I hope that you find people on here to help you on your journey of healing.
