I am 44 years old and recently lost my finace. He was only 54, it was sudden and devistating. I am so lost right now.

hi cindy and carol. i had a terrible melt down at work this morning. i don't know why, but i lost it, but lucky i have a really good friend there, who, just let me cry and held me. toni is was one of my best friends and she's awesome. i'm doing to better this afternoon. just emotionaly drained. i don't think i'm evening to move from this chair. i hope u both have a had a good day and will have a good evening. we will see what happens. hugs and love sent to u both.
