About Me:: I am 25 years old. I am a student in my last year to recieve my RN associates degree. I have a 3 year old son and boyfriend of 7 years.
About my Loss:: I lost my mother in august 2014 to a drug overdose and alcoholism. We haven't gotten toxicology report back yet but I believe she overdosed on Dilauden mixed with alcohol. After her back surgery a few years ago she became hooked on prescription pills and her life spiraled out of control since than. She overdosed one time before and was in ICU for over a week and than in psychiatry unit for a couple weeks. She insisted she was fine but I tried very hard to convince her to get help but she just didn't think she had a problem. I am taking her loss very hard because I miss my fun, loving, and caring mother. She was a wonderful woman but alcohol and drugs took her down and defeated her : (
