Good question. Why does God let Satan Rule the world?

First, it won't be forever. God has allowed Satan to rule, but for a short time.

Soon, God will bring an end to Satans rulership. When that happens, then the earth can become a paradise.

Revelation 21:4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

And there are good reasons why God has allowed Satan to rule.

Here is an interesting article about Satan:

Kelli

God did NOT create Satan. This angel was created as a beautiful perfect angel. Earth was
A paradise. Adam and Eve were created perfect.

All three...Satan, Adam, and Eve all were given the gift of free will. They all chose to abuse it, and rebel against God. This happened before Adam and Eve had children. So the result of that rebellion is what we see today.

God will fix all of this. We must be patient. NONE of these painful things are his fault. God is the solution....NOT the problem
It is normal to struggle with these things Kelli.

Death....losing a loved one....missing them so much....

It is all just very VERY hard.

But if you develop hope you can deal with these things a little better.

Learn about what the future holds. You will be reunited with your loved ones. The Bible has 8 resurrections of people who came back to life right here on earth. Jesus promised that he would do that again, but for everyone who has died.

Won't that be wonderful?! I am really looking forward to it.
You should take time to meditate on that truth, and put your HOPE in it.

Why? Because the Bible PROMISES it.

Beautiful thoughts.

And we will have an earth "free of disturbance" one day in the future.

Jo, do you believe that there will be a time when we have true peace on earth? Read these next two scriptures and tell me what you think:

Psalms 37:8-11, "Let go of anger and abandon rage; Do not become upset and turn to doing evil.  For evil men will be done away with, But those hoping in Jehovah will possess the earth.  Just a little while longer, and the wicked will be no more; You will look at where they were, And they will not be there. But the meek will possess the earth, And they will find exquisite delight in the abundance of peace."

Isaiah 55:10 & 11 - "For just as the rain and the snow pour down from heaven And do not return there until they saturate the earth, making it produce and sprout, Giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, 11 So my word that goes out of my mouth will be. It will not return to me without results, But it will certainly accomplish whatever is my delight, And it will have sure success in what I send it to do."

This is God's promise for the earth to be a paradise as he originally purposes.

Let me know what you think. . .

Sincerely,
Brenda
