Natural things that help us to sleep.

I'm sure most of the people here,as well as myself, often find it hard to sleep at night.I have found some natural remedies that really seem to help.most of these things can be found at heathfood stores or vitamin stores like super supliments,or can be ordered online. Some can even be grown in your own garden.Valerian is what I have found to be most effective. It is a root, and can be bought in pill or liquid form.Meletonin is also verry effective.sativa, chamomille, catnip and lavender can be made into tea.celestial seasonings has a tea called "sleepytime"and combines several ingredients. You can also find pills that combine several ingredients. All these things I have found have no side effects and can be taken in large quantities. They also help to sooth the nerves throughout the day.I hope this helps!

Dick has made me aware that ther may be a side effect with melatonin, that for him it caused vivid nightmares.it is different from the other herbs I have mentioned in that it is a chemical that is produced by the brain for sleeping.I would suggest that people start with verry small doses at first and only use one thing at a time, until they are sure as to how the herb will effect them.hope evry one is having a nice evening, and hopefully we will all be getting a peacefull sleep soon:)

It was not supposed to be like this

In 2014 I met the most amazing man ever. We were both in our very early 20s and were looking for different things at the time. We ceased communication for roughly 6 months. During which time, he completed basic training and joined the Air Force. By the time we reconnected he was already at his first duty station.. 8 hours away.We decided we wanted to continue our relationship and proceeded to cultivate a deeply emotional connection. Regular calls and video chats, visits while he was home on…See More

Being the Other Woman/Other Man

This is for anyone who has lost their lover to death and you were the other woman/other man in their life. We have to grieve in silence. I can't find any support groups and feel like I'm the only one going through this situationSee More
