Beginning here...

I don't really know where to head from here or if this will work for me. But I have to try. The loss of my Mother becomes so grate that weather i'm just relaxing or at work I drift back to it. I'm guilt ridden

Hi everyone, Im new to this so bare with me.

My mom passed away on March 27th of this year. She was 57 yrs old. She has been ill for over 5 years now and no one could diagnose her disease. She had back surgery for a herniated disc and about a year after that she started to go down hill.
