About my Loss:
i lost my father at an early age, and, more recently, my fiance and mother within months of each other. i have a small daughter who is the sole source of my continued existence. the light has left my life.

You're so right about the mutuality of all of us. You are young and you have your daughter. Saturate her with love and ask all the people you lost to get you up each day and through the day. Tell them they have to literally pull you out of bed and walk with you all day long holding hands.

Does anyone else feel pressure to always reply because you're afraid it'll be the last conversation?

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep.
