- I lost my sister Dec 1 2017. we were 1 yr apart. I looked after her most of her life. There was so much to this relationship although I have lost 2 brothers and both parents her death has had a terrible effect on my. Every day is a struggle just to get out of bed. In 2014 I met the most amazing man ever. We were both in our very early 20s and were looking for different things at the time. We ceased communication for roughly 6 months.
