My heart goes out to you, as I welcome you to www.onlinegriefsupport.com. Here you will find people who are going through losses of their own and therefore understand the agony you are feeling. We will be hear for you anytime you need to talk or need some understanding.
Talking can be a helpful release. Following the death of all ten of his children, as well as some other personal tragedies, the ancient patriarch Job said: “My soul certainly feels a loathing toward my life. I will give vent to [Hebrew, “loose”] my concern about myself. I will speak in the bitterness of my soul!” (Job 1:2, 18, 19; 10:1) Job could no longer restrain his concern. He needed to let it loose; he had to “speak.” Similarly, the English dramatist Shakespeare wrote in Macbeth: “Give sorrow words; the grief that does not speak whispers the o’er-fraught heart and bids it break.”
I notice that you have said almost nothing as you made out your profile and maybe you can't put your feelings into words quite yet. Another reason you have not told your story, maybe that you do not want your feelings public. I understand that feeling. If you want to communicate with me or anyone on onlinegriefsupport.com, accept their friend request or ask them to add you as friend. Then when that is done you can private message them in the email system within this website. You will find the Inbox at the top right hand side of the page.
The important thing is to write your feelings down or talk to a good friend. It really helps to talk to those who have experienced losses. Please know that I care and will listen anytime you want a friend to talk to.
