About Me:
I am 63 years old, married to my 3rd husband (divorced from my children's dad, and widowed from 2nd marriage). I have 4 children, a daughter, Pam who I lost to cancer at age 43, and 3 adult sons. Also, 9 grandchildren and all of my family lives miles away
About my Loss:
Pam was taken from us on May 12, 2011. Cancer took her after a long battle. We were very close and I still wake up some mornings expecting her call. I can't delete her phone number from my cell phone. I feel alone in my grief, no one talks about her and she is always in my thoughts. I cry alone.

So sorry to hear of your loss - we just lost my brother in law to pancreatic cancer on Sept 5th 2012. My heart goes out to you. Cancer is evil!

I look forward to the time when the Bible says, at Isaiah 33:24, "No resident will say: “I am sick.” The sickness that Isaiah speaks of is primarily spiritual, for it is connected with sin, or “error.”  However,  there will be a grander fulfillment of the words of Isaiah 33:24 under the rulership of the Messianic Kingdom. Humans will experience a great physical healing along with their spiritual healing. (Revelation 21:4) “And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

Shortly after the destruction of Satan’s system of things, miracles like those that Jesus performed while on earth will no doubt take place on a global scale. The blind will see, the deaf will hear, the lame will walk! (Isaiah 35:5, 6; Daniel 2: 44)

Later, when the resurrection begins, those coming back to life will no doubt be raised with good health. But as the value of the ransom sacrifice is applied to an increasing extent, more physical benefits will ensue, until mankind is lifted to perfection. Then, righteous ones will “come to life” in the fullest sense. (Revelation 20:5, 6) At that time, in both a spiritual and a physical way, “No resident will say: ‘I am sick.’” What an exciting promise! May we all be among those who will experience its fulfillment!

Living through this is not easy and each of us travel down this road in a unique way and at our own pace. Still I hope you are comforted by God and all of us – (((((HUGS)))))
