I lost my husband June 26, 2012 due to a heart attack. He was 49 and I was 47. We had so many plans for the future and now they are gone. Yes, it feels like there is a hole in your heart and painful too. You feel lost and upset and the littlest things may make you cry like a baby. Grieving is necessary so you don't go crazy, like you think you will...talk to those who really understand. Others may ignore you cause they do not know what to do. Take help when you can. If you can think of what help is necessary. I have a hard time with that but I am so very tired. I have 2 daughters, ages 20 and 15 which keeps me going...Take care of yourself. Rest and eat well.
