- About Me:
- I have been a member of Al-Anon for many years. I try to live the 12-steps and one day at a time. I am retired. I lost my husband one year ago.
- About my Loss:
- My daughter died of alcoholism 3 days ago. Her body still has not been returned to me and we have not had a service yet. I am full of grief and pain. I always hoped she would find true recovery one day. She had many attempts at recovery but recovery did not last for long. She struggled. I feel I will never get over this loss.
