Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep. I am so sorry you are going through this. I lost my older sister in 2009. The grieving process is long and hard but at some point the light does start to filter through again, in the meanwhile be kind to yourself.
