- About Me:
- All my kids have four legs. I garden a little. Like classical music and Court TV. Am old, have no teeth, and am completely grey.
- About my Loss:
- I met my husband as his nurse in a long term care center. He had a horrific stroke but improved enough he could come home to me and my kids. There was a large age difference between us. He was loving and kind and intelligent and cultured and funny and wonderful and had eyes like robin's eggs. It was not easy but I knew without a doubt he was God's gift to me. In August it will be five years since I lost him to another horrible stroke. I think I'm doing ok for awhile and then the downward spiral starts again. Some days I can hardly breathe. I see brothers and sisters in pain on the site. No club any of us wanted to join. When I lost my love I lost my heart&soul/ spouse/ father/ child/ friend. Thank you for giving me a safe place to speak.

Grandma sewing room
So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
