About my Loss:
My two children were born with cystic fibrosis. My son Devon died when he was 19 years old, in 2007. My daughter died in May 2015 after her transplanted lungs eventually rejected. She was 28 and also mildly autistic so still childlike. I was her legal guardian and caregiver and advocate and we moved mountains together.
