About Me:
I am 28 with 2 small children and lost my best friend, the father of my children and the love of life on Valentines Day (2013). During this short time it seems to be getting worse and worse for me. My heart breaks for my children (2 yrs/8 months) and his son (17). I just don't know what to do.
About my Loss:
This hit our family from our blind side. We were not expecting this at all. I feel a lot of guilt because he was working out of town and tried to call me several times and I didn't hear the calls coming in. I wish I knew why he was calling me in the middle of the night. I find myself blaming myself because I believe I could have done something, anything if I just would have answered the phone.
