- My father was only 65 years old and died of a massive heart attack out in an apple orchard that he always did picking apples. He died doing what he loved. I blame myself cause I took some apples even know we had so many he thought he needed more.. I think that deep inside that he knew. He had other health issues. In 2014 I met the most amazing man ever. We were both in our very early 20s and were looking for different things at the time. We ceased communication for roughly 6 months.
