- I am 23 i live in kansas and i am very down and depressed. All i have in my grandparents left in this world and i need some one to talk to.
- About my Loss:
- Well it all started when my mom got sick in september 2009 doctors thought it was just the common cold well it escilated quite fast so my mom asked me to stay the night with her and she was having a hard time breathing and it came to the point she only could mumble a few words and it was "Justin Dont leave me" It was hard but i had to be tuff at that point nurses and doctors run in and said that her oxygen stats was to low and they had to put her on life support so all i can hear in my head is my mom saying that those was her last words. It kills me thinking about it and every thing continued on going bad getting better and after about 3 months of being on life support they started weaning her off of it she was gradualy getting better, i was at work and my grandpa came in and he said "Justin we have to go i said whats wrong he started crying and said your mom took a turn for the worse, my heart dropped so we ran to the hospital and i asked my grandma and grandpa which is her parents what happend they tell me that her heart stopped 3times and that they belive she was brain dead at that point we all gathered and her husband made me make the choice of when to stop life support that was the hardest choice i have ever made. To this day i wonder if i made the right decission and i still her my moms last words over and over.

Im so sorry for your loss :( I'm 15 and I lost my mom 2 weeks from today. I feel your pain but i believe you made the right decision because if she were to survive would you really want to her to live a life like that? she is always watching over you and taking care of you. :)
