About my Loss:
December 11, 2015 my life changed forever. My soul mate and best friend collapsed at work from a heart attack. He had multiple heart attacks before I could arrive in the hospital. He never regained consciousness and on December 15, 2015 after several discussions, I made the decision to take him off of life support. He passed instantly.
