Jamie, I feel for you. We can't ask "What If"
I do the same thing.
If I had only gone to see Michael sooner, or if I had did research on his symptoms, instead I left a message and told him to call the Dr. I knew he hated the Dr. He never returned my calls I should have known something was not right. I didn't stop in, and he died alone. and sat there for over a week before I found him. I will never forgive myself.
I miss him terribly.
Please try to remember your BEAUTIFUL little girl with smiles. {easier said than done} But don't beat yourself up.
I hope you are eating and sleeping. Please take care of yourself.
Message me anytime.
Please try not to second guess your decisions about her treatment. I'm sure you did everything possible.
I lost my first and third grandchild due to problems they suffered in the womb... neither survived until birth... I know that the grief over losing these precious babies is so intense and I wasn't even their mother... just their nana... so I hope you have been able to connect with others who can help you .. the group I have been a part of since my youngest son Brandon suddenly died in 2013 is called Missing My Son or Daughter... please come join us... I don't post there as often as I did at first but when Brandon first died I was in here all the time and met some wonderful people who just surrounded me with loving help... I didn't know about this site when my granddaughers died.. I wish I had known... love to you..
