Evelyn, I wanted to check in and see how you're doing. I know it's still rough and I realize that but just letting you know I care.
I have a hard time in the mornings because my mom lived with me and I was her caregiver for almost three years before she passed two months ago and when I realize she's not at home with me anymore that's when the anxiety attacks happen. The house is so silent and empty now.
