Profile Information

About Me:
I'm many things. I'm a christian, a grandma, an employed Claims Analyst for Medicare/Medicaid.
I just turned 60. I thought I'd be negatively effected by turning that age, but I'm not. It's just another number. I enjoy crocheting, a lot. I enjoy my grand children. And am (for the most part) pleased that I have a job that I enjoy doing.
About my Loss:
My sweet Floyd went to be with the Lord on April 4th, 2011. For eleven months he fought the fight against a blood disease called Myelodysplastic Syndrome and by March it had gone into full blown Acute Myeloyd Leukemia.
I miss him. Just his being. I've been sick often since his passing. I know it's because I've stopped. Stopped taking care of him every day all day. I cherished every minute of the time we had those last eleven months. But, the pain of loss can not be denied.
