- I am a 57 year old widow. I have 2 children, 4 step-children, 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 1 yorkshire terrier. I have worked full time as a secretary of a family owned business for the last 16 years.
- About my Loss:
- I lost my best friend and husband of 21 years on 10/21/2010 of pancreatic cancer. He lived 6 1/2 weeks after he was diagnosed. He shut down and wouldn't talk with anyone after he found out about his illness. So we lost those much needed last 6 1/2 weeks with him. He passed at home with his family by his side.
