About Me:
I live by myself I do have a little dog, the only thing I do any more is work and come home to a emtey house. I take a sleeping pill early so am not feeling so alone in the evenings. I just feel so alone.
About my Loss:
I lost my love and soul mate Lynn,we were told she had stage 4 lung cancer on 1/23/2011. she fought very hard and I never left her side from start to end you know the kemo, radiation, kemo pills, the weeks living in the hospital, trying to work but calling home all the time to make sure every thing is ok. Lynn passed away 11/13/2011 at 9:13 am and left a big hole in my life. I miss my love so much.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More

Traumatic loss of an only child

I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
