Over the past 2-1/2 years, I have lost my eldest son to cancer, my best friend of 65 years to cancer, and my mom to COVID in a nursing home. . I have another good friend dying of cancer now. I have lost other friends to COVID. I just don't know how to cope with all these deaths. I am so sad all of the time.Any suggestions on how not to feel such profound grief all of the time?
